How Does It Work?
Dream2Career uses the HIF Logic system to connect travel experiences with different career paths. HIF stands for Humanity Impact Factors, which are six different areas of professional focus:
- Mavens: These are the creative and influential types, such as artists, designers, leaders, salespeople, recruiters, and marketers.
- Specialists: These are the hands-on doers, such as those in manufacturing, construction, and the trades.
- Visionaries: These are the innovators and problem-solvers, such as those in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields, as well as emerging industries like robotics, artificial intelligence, and cryptocurrency.
- Naturalists: These are the caregivers, such as those in healthcare, environmental science, social work, and education.
- Processors: These are the organizers and analyzers, such as those in business process, operations management, and data analytics.
- Protectors: These are the defenders, such as those in cybersecurity, law enforcement, political science, and history.
Dream2Career curates travel experiences that align with each of these HIF types. So, for example, a Maven might take a trip to New York City to learn about fashion design, while a Naturalist might volunteer at an animal sanctuary in South Africa.
