Here are 6 healthy DIY airplane snacks:

  1. Trail Mix Powerhouse:

Ingredients:

      • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
      • 1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, raisins)
      • 1/4 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, chia)
      • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

      • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2. Edamame Pods:

          • 1 package frozen edamame, thawed

        • Instructions: Simply pop the edamame out of the pods and enjoy.
